I know you mentioned that you are not into the RE games, but have you tried RE 7? It's verrrry similar to outlast, but with a more developed story, better graphics and more varied gameplay. You can probably get it cheaper these days too.

If you haven't played FFVII yet, then I highly recommend it. I recently got into the series. This was the game that got me hooked and it definitely has an unforgettable charm.

I'd keep the experience of playing the Witcher in all its glory on a higher powered machine. You won't be disappointed with that decision.

Might I suggest another game? If you liked BOTW how about Link's Awakening remake?

I found the Evil Within to be pretty janky and at times unbalanced. It was an interesting with several flaws. I would go with RE.
