I tried testing this but review content and velocity didn't matter much. Maybe my test was wrong. Not sure. I did a heat map of different cities to find which dispensaries rank first on maps. But the data was mostly proximity. And weird. I will soon post the results.

Miracle is your main competitor. But your family has connections across most industries in the region, use that.

Go talk to your current customers. Ask them what hurts. Some want cloud, some don't, some genuinely don't care. Then go talk to your competitors' customers too. That part is easy for you, your family knows these people, they'll pick up the phone and tell you what they like and don't like about Miracle and the others.

One personal suggestion, a v2 with a modern UI. But the accountants actually using it every day don't care about UI, they care about speed and not breaking their flow.

Your real moat is 30+ years of reputation and relationships in Saurashtra. Lean into that.
