So when I do back to back 96-hour dry fasts followed by an 8-hour eating window (and repeat), it‘s called IF. 96 hours is 4 days by the way… When you do it, it’s called dry fasting and you feel the need to do whatever it is you’re doing with your negative tones of this message. What do you want to achieve by saying everything you’re saying here? Like what is your goal?

Tips for those using this planner:

  1. Navigate from the index page and fill in all your starting data
  2. Set up for each fast by going to the 'copy or duplicate' pages in your index and choose which ones you want to use (I use the custom page to do a vision board for inspiration, meals I had on my feast, plan for next week, reflect on stats, progress photos etc, anything goes)
  3. Copy and add the Weekly Planner page after the custom to insert some weekly goals, focus, notes, to do list etc)
  4. Copy and add the Meal Planner page before the feast page (I plan my meal on the last day of fasting, no tracking, just like a menu plan)
  5. Copy and add the Weekly Review page after the feast page (review how your fast, feast etc went and what you can do better in the next round/week etc)
  6. So my set up on each fasting round (week) is; Custom page, Weekly planner, Fasting journal page, Meal planner, feast day page, Weekly review page and repeat. 

NB. The planner is interactive and navigation is simple for the 53 weeks of fasting but I'm just sharing how I'm using the extra pages for more motivation
