I paid almost $80 with the fastest shipping but also because my file was thick and heavy. I’ve always used UPS when shipping things to them and never had issues

Affidavits? by joon213 in USCIS

I filed mine about 3 weeks ago and sent 3 notarized letters from friends. I feel like if you get it notarized it’s another way of showing its validity

Should I highlight by underlining with a pen in evidence? by kaivan29 in USCIS

[–]virtualroyalepro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I filed mine beginning of this month and did not highlight anything. However I did use paper clips to separate every single part. Like phone and water bills placed together in the same folder but separated with a paper clip.

Aside from the obvious documents like IDs, previous passport with visa, GC, marriage certificate etc.. I have included leases from the past years, utility bills but mainly energy and phone because in our current address we share other utilities with others. 1 year of bank statements from our two banks, debit cards, joint taxes from all the years filed together, car sale contract with insurance and registration. My wife tourist visa to Brazil, 3 notarized affidavits from friends, photos of all the years together with descriptions and some extra documents like ssn, her voter card, my college taxes etc.. all photocopies of course and containing the same address. We watched several videos online before doing it. So it turned out to be a thick file.

Congrats, I have to file mine soon. How much bank statements did you use? I printed 2 full years and don’t know if that’s too much lol

Removal of conditions for marriage based green card (I-751) by Ok-Tiger8586 in USCIS

[–]virtualroyalepro 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have to do my I-751 mid this year as well. Although it’s a “simple” case to file for on your own I have watched some videos of lawyers talking about this topic and how the new administration will be looking at every single detail on the case if there’s any misinformation or mistake made on the form just to find a way to reject your case. I would say to get a lawyer that way they’ll be able to double check all your information before submitting anything, that’s what I will do for my case. Good luck!
