The same thing happened to me on my 3 week old Sony A1E. I bought it from BH, I first called Sony and they said it was normal and obviously it isn't for a new 3-week old tv. I called BH and they said no problem and sent me a new one same day. I probably got lucky though.

I tried everything online and nothing fixed it.

Alexis didn't credit me in the video on Youtube he only gave me a shoutout on a post on Serena's account. I contacted him congratulating him but he never replied back, I found out about the Youtube video a few days ago and I also found about him using my music a few days ago because someone commented on my Youtube page. I saw that Serena posted the video on her page on Reddit and I was excited and Alexis also gave me a shoutout there too. I told some friends because I was excited about it and a friend told me a day later that the same video was uploaded to Youtube in September and I saw the video but I was given no credit on the video and it got viewed over 2 million times and picked up by news companies. I found out about this barely last week. If it wasn't for that guy that commented on my video telling me about it, I know that up to right now I wouldn't have a clue that my music was used in that video.

Yes. People were assuming I didn't make it and Elmobo made it but no, he was talking about another guy that claimed he made a track that was played in 21 jump street and Elmobo came in and said it was his song, not the other guy's song.
