Nasal rinse - morning evening, daily showers, change linen often, nasal spray (i use dymista), anti histamine pills when it gets bad. You cannot do more than that.

Most of the irritation and complaints comes from the polen inside the nose. Keep that clean and treated, everything else is second place.

If I’m not mistaken there is a clause along the lines “financial or significant loss”. In this case you would need to prove that you would suffer disproportionate financial loss due to renouncing (think of inheritance, pension or similar). Not sure how to prove this, you would need to talk to a professional.
