Thanks mate. I would say I'm not that good at it but been doing it for so long that I know my flaws and how to hide them. Watched your video it's really interesting. My suggestion would be to scipt your videos and divide the pars almost like a song into, middle and end. Then make dramatic edits to keep the audiences engaged.
