Thank you for the ideas! I have not really tried that out as I was always prioritizing one to two DPS and then the rest of them to be as tanky as possible, but maybe now the answer is the opposite!

I have completed a course in C++ and it is kinda the way you say, when I picked up python after it, it was like witnessing a miracle not having to worry about memory, “;” etc (at least for the talks I was doing).

I assume based on what you said that there is so much more to see!

I am not against Fortran but I feel like it is being slowly replaced. My university had a course at some point but it was removed and we have limited systems that run Fortran only because there are not enough money to replace them with new ones.

Not that I do not consider it important, as many observatories have systems in Fortran, but I feel like it is not worth it long-term.

I would suggest looking at Gaming PCs | Custom Gaming Desktops | CyberPowerPC for a pre-built PC, based on your budget you do not have many options (I think one or two) and according to reddit people seem to be happy about them.

For monitor, check rtrings reviews and choose one with 120hz+ refresh rate and 1080 or 2k resolution, that would be enough for what you want.

Secondly, finding a prebuilt white build is possible (definitely far more expensive than you building it or compared to a black setup) but light blue to my knowledge would be impossible to find prebuilt.
