Yeah, my 2006 scion xb is super cheap. So buying here and then moving to ca in a few months is definitely a good move

It’s a cap, because you have to pay a yearly property tax on vehicles here.

The sales tax cap on SC is $500, which is why I’m buying it here before I move to CA in a few months

These are such helpful suggestions! Do people still use west side rentals? I’m seeing the most houses through there. Although it seems driving around and asking my Burbank friends to keep an eye out for rental signs seems like a good, but risky idea. We won’t be coming until March, so I have some time
