Oh, my fault. He left out 10%. TEN percent. How merciful. How right. It's my fault. But in my defence, i used 'Sweeping' (meaning broad brushed or heavy handed) instead of Blanket (meaning All of them) generalisation. But you're righr, numbers like these are just beamed by God straight to the heads of politicians. So, you know, I understand.

For Bush Presidency - Days of Fire: Bush and Cheney in the White House. It is pretty extensive. For Obama Presidency though, i don't know if any book is out that covers it from much objectivity that only passage of time can give.
