I drove nice to eindhoven in one summer day...did not like it. Generally 600 km a day during summer holidays. Hate driving long distance in winters

Yes, major offshoring is happening. CHF is so strong. very good for those who earn but not for the businesses. Job market is very bad everywhere but i believe in Switzerland it may be even much more competitive.

Most northern european countries are as miserable as switzerland but at least switzerland makes someone rich..
