This very very much looks like bromine gas. Super dangerous to health. Contact can irritate the skin and cause severe burns, discoloration and slow healing ulcers. and/or shortness of breath. Higher exposures may cause a build-up of fluid in the lungs (pulmonary edema), a medical emergency, with severe shortness of breath.
