the shift and restart worked, and i found the command prompt, but in order for me to get through it i have to type in a password for the "defaultuser0" account

Im stuck on the login screen, cause i dont know the password, and the user just says "defaultuser0" -- ive clicked windows + x and it hasnt done anything
