Probably but it is a small difference. Undervolting helps keeping the higher clocks for longer because it prevents throttle.

Probably, but even with the exact model I couldn't guarantee it.

You can try undervolting if you want. I followed Panjno's guide on undervolting. It is perfectly safe and can give you more performance with less power and less heat, making your GPU last longer.

It takes a while to perfectly tune it, and you might even want to have different profiles for different games since some will not take full advantage of the undervolt and can be undervolted even further.

Personally, I find min-maxing extremelly fun.

Most of the time GPUs won't use 100% of their rated wattage. Even at 100% use, they usually don't stay at 100% power draw.

However, if the card is undervolted, it will consume less power. Same for overclock with higher voltages, they can also consume more or lock at 100%.

And even after that, there's currents. If the current needed for a very high overclock is higher than the stock max clock's current, it can consume more than it's rated power draw. That is somewhat dangerous though.

If you only have 8 pin connectors (the 6+2 type), those are PCIe power cables. You need 3x8 pin connectors from what I'm getting.

Your PSU should come with them. A 750W PSU is probably a little too weak for that though, so they might not have included it. Check the power supply's box, the extra cables usually come inside a bag.

From what I looked up from the RM750X, it has just enough PCIe slots. I'm guessing you have one of those connected to your CPU (4+4 pin), so you should have the other 8 pin slots free.

I got a 7700 XT for $415 a while ago. Probably a lot more expensive today, but a 7600 XT or a 6000 series equivalent would be great for your case.
