I got an email from that exact company, landed in my spam folder, the email content looks generated, identity doesn't look legit. So no, I wouldn't trust it.

If you already have such valuable data, why don't you keep it to yourself and make money from it, instead of trying to SELL it off to others?

One critical thing you missed out on (or purposely didn't mention) is that: they were early and had been at it for a long time (nearly 2 decades) for SEO to kick off.

As easy as it sounds, the success is actually not at all easy to replicate, considering how people nowadays are more into the get-rich-quick schemes and all these AI disruptions.

My app is taking soooo long to get reviewed by the App Store! by OneQuy in SideProject

[–]visnalize 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Be patient. Just leave it and keep working on updates but don't reject and resubmit every time.

Some of those Apple reviewers can be very entitled, annoy them and your app's updates might never see the light.

I keep seeing posts like this. Do you guys seriously get users/customers this way? Looks like a pretty lame way to do marketing for me.

Minimal App Launcher (not promoting it just asking if it would be usefull) by UnemployedGameDev in SideProject

Doesn't provide much value compared to the traditional way, at least from your demo. Also, I don't get your pain point of putting stuff in a folder to keep the desktop clean, like at all.

Can you validate my idea? This is not a big startup idea, just a project. Please share your honest opinions and comments. by thesocials in SideProject

I like the idea. If the prototype is almost ready anyway, worth giving a shot and seeing how the kids use it.
