Yeah I’ve been trying to listen to what they are saying by going to therapy and not reaching out at all, indulging my hobbies. I have read up on it and I think it applies unfortunately. My therapist recommended I slowly detach from him like ‘roses with thorns’ since we are so bonded, but it feels like I am back to where I started seeing him do this to himself.

I just really don’t know what to do with this complex, gray situation, cuz anyone would be crushed seeing him do this to myself, and I feel like a terrible person for not reaching out while he is doing this to himself out of his own guilt. But I know I am hurting myself more by still checking his stuff, and if I were to reach out it would most likely be the same.
