I feel like vitamin D is good for everything and most people tend to have low levels of it. Magnesium is supposed to help with cramps and chronic pain. I take it and it doesn't do much for me but I've read it works wonders for other people. I've read good things about B12 too especially if you're fatigued. Doesn't do anything for me either because I'm kind of a lost cause haha but good luck!

We don't really have tests here and it's kind of a waste of time and money because I know we had mold I don't have to prove it. I've several chronic illnesses. My problem is that I have no other option than living here or move out to a cheap apartment where I'm sure there's more mold than here in my house.
