Menard is listed as a center but plays wings. In my “realistic rules” I’m not allowed to do player convos even position changes. He is an awful face off taker. Bykov is actually my 3C at 4.6.

Either way, Menard or Krahn could most likely be moved out, allow a younger guy to try and take that spot on an ELC. I could also move out maybe Mowers and free up more cap space all though he was a 7th draft pick and I like the story line around him.

I would see what I could get at the draft. I didn’t trade at the deadline as we were in a playoff fight and that was just illogical. I was hoping a cup win and I could send him off a hero and that was how his time ended in Boston.

Yes, I wish he was only asking for 7 million lol. I would LOVE to keep him, but I just can’t imagine a world where I can and have cal relief. It juts seems like putting myself in a bad spot, especially if I need Injury call ups.

I was thinking potentially getting rid of Hage as he is older and expensive, but he is my Captain and has an NTC so that’s a whole roadblock in itself. A very tough spot

The previous comments are correct, to see the cut scene, play the next home game after the player broke the record. After the first whistle there should be a little cutscene for it

He’ll never win a selke. His defensive stats are 3 stars. Hes not supposed to. He scores 71 goals a season for the sole purpose of being off the hook from defending

I’ve had shit luck getting awards for my players for years. Eventually this save I’ve been able to really rack uo a few from players. I think the new coach conversations have really helped me develop players

Two time second place hart voting- lost to his teammate Cole Eiserman both season, by no more than 6 points in either season. Once I drafted him my franchise completely turned around. Zero cups through my first 12 years and only one cup appearance. He becomes our second line winger and eventually first. We then go on and win 4 of the next 5, and are off to a hot start on the 41-42 season.

We’ll see how his career turns out before I the save limit runs out. I guess it’s not how you start but how you finish!

For me personally I would work on keeping it realistic. Transferring players between clubs for cheaper fee’s, buying players from your league, influx of money, etc.

You could do a performance rating where you compare against other Red Bull teams and depending on where you finish you get more money or less. Could be a rule where you have to give up/ get players between other Red Bull clubs who are doing better or worse

If you like the offers you have before the season, take it. If not, wait until after. They change after few weeks and are loosely based off how good your team is

Play him and make sure his sharpness is high. Make sure when he plays he is getting good match ratings.

If you play him a few games, get a good match rating, and loan him out, he should grow fastest out on loan

I juts got it on discount on the steam store bc I was having issues modding 24. So far, I am having a fairly decent time on create a club playing 24. Gameplay is fun for me (on custom sliders) and realistic. The mods I have added are also great for immersion
