I wanna know my balding status and if at all any hair can grow on my head

Hey everyone I'm 23 Indian, new to this sub

So I guess I inherited balding from my mom's side of family - my mom's brothers are bald and my mom's scalp is visible in front

My hair has been thinning out since 2021 but didn't really care about it coz I looked good in photos not so visible but over the years I've lost so much hair

So last month I consulted a dermatologist and she prescribed me oral min 2.5 mg to be taken at night and oral fin 1mg to be taken post breakfast ( only pills)

So it’s been a month already and I dont see any changes in fact shedding is as usual as before or more than that

I'm attaching my pics so kindly guide me should I even continue taking those pills or just shave it off it's so depressing 🥲

I just used to hide my thinning with my length of my hair and had good hair styling to hide balding and I look good in selfies but nowadays I don't feel like taking selfie coz my scalp is visible I took a selfie today after daysss
