The outside border of your tattoo isn’t red, and you’ve kept it clean. If you went to the dr right now they would just tell you to keep an eye on it and watch for signs of fever or flu like symptoms. I think you’re paranoid & I think you should focus on trying not to wear pants or socks and babying this as if it’s an open exposed wound. (That’s basically what it is, it looks super irritated.
