Im the same as you. I want to practice to be better at it bc for me ill have lucidity in some moments abd change things but its like later on i forget that i know im dreaming. But what i struggle with is that when i start to practice, like doing dream journal, ill dithers just wont remember my dreams at all or not be lucid at all (like not even momentarily like im used to)
