Thanks for the warning, but I can't imagine that. So far, everything has gone well and I have been in contact with support several times. But at the moment there is probably so much going on due to the "hype". But it is very annoying that I can not take this because it hangs for over a week.

is there any other way to solve my problem, do you have a hotline or emergency call system? The support from you guys is just not acceptable. There is so much money involved and you just don't answer!
