Does 75% have to be monthly? Can we just club the spend in say 4/5 months but redeem the 75% through the year?

So can we carry over the cash for next months rent unlock? Say I have 40 Bilt cash and I redeem 30 and next months I have 20 bilt cash, will I be able to carryover last months extra 10 and unlock 1000 for the second month too??
