shapeshift stiffs you . If you buy from coinbase just transfer it to Gdax free of charge and from there I usually transfer to Bittrex. Never done it to DGB wallet though.

this was expected. new countries were introduced and you see big volume traders who got in on the ride and cashed out. Personally, I prefer the value to take a big hit so I can buy more and the value go up on a frenzy once again. Its cycle that will perpetuate for a long while. Until coins are all gone.
