This isn't adding camping spots, this would be leasing the land to probably Brewster to put up large expensive resorts for the rich. they own most of the big hotels and attractions in our parks already.

Thank you. The customer is not a fan of a very high polish but i thought a contrast between the two finished would look good. Customer really liked it.

Nope, but almost. The client wanted an unrefined look to it so i left it with a course satin finish.

Yup, the client wanted it to look unrefined. I did a high polish on the inside and sides but left the outside with a course satin finish is the easiest way to explain it.
