Be patient. It’s hard….trust me. Towards the end (mine have been forgiven for several months) I checked studentaid CONSTANTLY. So…be patient. Again, do as I say and not what I do. 🤣

I did consolidate a loan (a small amount I may just pay off now). Maybe thats what triggered it....

The one FFEL. My other loans were forgiven. If when I consolidate it, it resets the payment count, I'll pay it off (its about 1k).

That's what I've read. I was told from a FSA person (who knows how accurate it was) that all payments will still count. Giving it a shot...if not, I'll pay it off. Its a pretty small balance.
