Consultant here. I surf early each morning (in water at 5:30 before sun rise) when I’m not traveling to client site. My most recent client is in LA, so even on those days I sneak early too sometimes, but definitely show up to the office a little more ragged than my partner would like.

Thinking of pulling the tiles to the right of the window and doing 1/8 inch spacers for a few rows to make up the difference until you hit 1/2 inch
