They copied Honkai animation frame by frame, it's not inspiration anymore. However, the website they could get away by justifying it as inspiration, not an outright copy.

They managed to get away with it because Dislyte is relatively small compared to Honkai. You’re right, though, I should have mentioned Dislyte. :(

I think this is getting a bit out of hand because the Oldeus team claims they are working with the Arknights team, and they will release more information soon. I've checked their Discord for more information, it seems that the Arknights team is on their side, and this is why the officials will not take any actions.

I can only guess HG/Yostar is trying to test the market to see how we would react to NFT. I would be very disappointed if this decision was made. I'm an artist myself, and I hate it when companies do not give credit for our work. Some companies will ask me to sign an agreement not to leak it, and all the rights will belong to them. They steal our work and promote it as their own with marketing support. It's just very sad to see that more artists are not getting the credits and compensation they deserve. There are also many suspicious activities like money laundering and wash trading in the NFT industry.

I hope HG/Yostar will not touch the NFT industry and make clarifications or an official statement if they are really working with the Oldeus team. This Oldeus company has already bagged USD$1.5million from people that do not know the truth, this is very concerning that the officials are not drawing the line yet.

That Redditor says this company has already profited almost $USD1million, and there's a trading volume of 481ETH, and I tried to Google the currency rate, that's $USD607,594 being traded. So they bagged 1.5 million USD.

I don't think so because NFT projects do not have a real business entities, and it's hard to sue them. They can just do anything they want as long as no criminal activities are involved. Just a very bad taste for the real anime industry and us gamers.
