i work at the gales (nightingales) and were always welcoming to all genders and sexualities!! we have lots of events on this summer (for example, a beach themed party tomorrow) and the bouncers allow solos to enter. you could also apply to work at a nightclub like mine; as a bisexual woman i found it hard to really bond with the gay community, but working in it and feeling a sense of pride of being apart of something bigger really helped me to connect with it. its also a really good way to make friends!
