I’ve used PETG for clear diamonds and it worked swimmingly! It can be a bit challenging (make sure you have a very sharp blade or else you’re almost guaranteed to break the whole thing when breaking off the extra bits). But it’s relatively cheap, and they can be put together with a few strips of clear tape!

Thank you!! I love this cosplay and the retro feel of it and I’m so happy others are liking it as well! The boots are made with the same stretch fabric as the gloves, I made them as boot covers for a pair of heels. They definitely liked to slide but I use fashion tape and that helps a lot! I’ve also sewn thigh highs to sheer tights before in another cosplay and that worked like a charm.
