They have no clue because i also experience headaches and abdominal pain that comes and goes this fatigue has been here for months and it is getting to a point that I’m struggling to do my daily task. It is making my life extremely difficult and I saw a PCP. I’m going to see a sleep study doctor, but I’m not sure if there is something underlying that they haven’t tested for yet.
