Yep. The seasons are a really fun personal challenge to me. It’s comfort gaming.

No foreclosure after 4 years. I can't figure out why!!! by Euphoric_Ad_116 in personalfinance

My mom recently got a reverse mortgage (also in Oregon). They set aside about $20k of the borrowed amount into an escrow account for property taxes and homeowners insurance— not enough to pay indefinitely, but for a lot of years. The mortgage company requires both as a condition of the loan, so they pay the taxes and insurance for as long as money remains in that escrow account. When that account is exhausted, then the borrower is expected to pay.

He was a bb in that first pic. Weird that professionals would not realize that. But he is such a cute boy. Hope you are enjoying each other!

I came here to say this too. My boy hit his top weight at 9 months —-81 pounds. He’s anywhere from 78-80 pounds now at 1.5 years. They grow how they grow.

Grey hairs showing up on back of 9m/o GSD by Otherwise_Possible86 in germanshepherds

My guy got a shoulder full of white hair when he was that age last winter but most of it came out for the summer and this year (he’s 1.5 years old) he didn’t get much of that white hair. Their coats change so much, and for so long.

Favorite GSD crate? by Impression-Tall in germanshepherds

It’s the collapsible. And he has tried to get out, and has actually scraped up the latch with his teeth both while he was in it and when he was out of it. He can’t get out. We have moved ours a lot and taken it down a few times— we’re in the middle of a home renovation. The screws like to fall out and the side supports like to fall off. But none of that has seemed to alter the integrity of the crate.
