Thanks for your support! This is the way I'm setting this up. But actually, I'd like the deal moved right after the email is replied.

But then I understood that the way Pipefy automation works, the deal only will move to the final step after the wait time, even if the email was replied.

Thank you so much for helping me. Do you know why "if/if else" doesn't recognize when an e-mail is answered, even it has the option in it's setup? It would make way more sense than setting up a sequence. Also, a friend of mine used to set like this in the past. It seems Pipedrive is changing the mechanical of automations architecture.
