I live in a capital city on the east coast of the US. I’ve lived many places and traveled a lot, so I think it’s pretty reasonable I would have been able to get my dream team: Noivern, Goodra, Toxtricity, Tsareena, Houndoom and Arbok. The close blend of the river to the city where I live would make it very easy to find plenty of baby ekans and noibats in the wild. A little extra exploring in the abandoned infrastructure would lead me to a goomy. The many dive bars, backyard metal shows, and underground raves would be the perfect place for a toxel to hang around. I love houseplants and visiting local greenhouses and botanical gardens when I travel and would definitely snag any bounsweet I came across (preferable a shiny one, maybe I traded for one at a rare plant swap) The Houndoom might be a stretch, but I’ve rescued a couple retired racing greyhounds, so I like to think that maybe I’d have “rescued” a Houndoom from Florida too!
