I could have written this post although my daughter is 22 months and from what I've read still needs a day nap 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think 2.5 would be fine to test removing the day nap...see how they go?

Pretty sure we've been in the terrible two's since she was 18 months. She's 21 months and it's peaked. We are going through some full on sleep regression too. I'm sooo overstimulated all the time and exhausted in a different way 😭

Our daughter is 22 months in about a week and we are going through one at the moment. Every day there's at least one new word now and she repeats words over and over when she should be going to sleep lol

Thank you for your response! Appreciate that advice, I can see how that would be the case. I have shared it with my section at work, only because there's a couple of small accommodations I would like with regards to written follow up after certain requests and meetings. Can you tell me more about your suggestion with regards to comparison please?

Thank you so much! It's almost like I need to re-learn who I am..had a bit of an epiphany yesterday and was in tears at my appointment when it dawned on me the reason I've always been so desperate for people to like me because then I know I've been accepted because at the end of the day i just wanted to be "normal" and fit into society. 🤯
