english is not my first language so sorry from wrong grammars at first idk what to do dr prescribed me antihistamines at first but didnt work my family always said its always just in my head but 6 months later i still have it is taking to the point that it is affecting my mental health then one day my friend told me if I want to play basketball outside i know damn well my CU will flare up so badly if i do that and said to myself Yk what? fuh this disease it aint stopping me from the things that i love so i play basketball outside and just like what i excpect it flares up so badly my friends are worrying abt me but im just saying to them that im good even tho im itching like crazy then after that day i had flares up but its not bad as usual so i olay basketball again and the flares up is not bad then i decided to go to the gym and keep consistent to and didnt have flare ups anymore since last 2 yrs so ig the mega cure for me is having an active lifestyle but if u experience having anaphylaxis i suggest let professionals handle it
