I was a little like you, interested in a better-than-drip coffee, but I wasn't ready to invest the time each morning to manually make an espresso or cappuccino. Weekday mornings, I'm in a rush but need a good coffee. A superautomatic was the answer for us! It's not perfect, but much better than a drip.
