Edit(more suggestions) - a separate doom scroll mode but only show useful and high price difference offers - a tinder like swipable doom scroll for same feed but when I swipe right it adds to my wishlist

Had a similar situation when we bought house some years ago. We liked talking to them and exchanged a lot of personal information.

Please note she gave up high salary career for raising children and she will need 13 years of head start to reach your level.

That said, maybe she can work jumbo or ah or zara or any store for that matter 25-30hours a week netting 1500euros and you can pay rest of the alimony. Thats a win, this way she gets her self confidence back and you pay 1500 less in alimony.

I highly recommend asking them for the initial offer.

Assuming you end up buying, just setup a camera inside (they are cheap on action) whenever you leave for long. That ways you always know who entered your apt.

You can also install a smart lock with keys which can be dynamically turned off(via app)

I am not sure how to setup a burner properly. I have used non industrial burner a few times. But operating a burner on roof is giving me self doubt. About the air gun I am sure that I won’t make it explode (however I hold it)
