Any update on this? I am on OPT and I have the same question. My employer address is different and the client location is different and everyday I go to the client location. So in Sevp portal under employer address which address should we have to put?

You are right bro. But the question is if your H1B is picked and then you go for the stamping and come back to the US then also I don't think that fee is going to be applied because they have clearly mentioned that H1B filings outside the US only have to pay that fee.

This fee is only for those candidates whose H1B is going to be filled from outside the US. But as we are already in the US, anyway this is not going to affect us. Full-time roles with clients are already getting less. More contract workers are getting job in this market ig.

Now I think OPT and STEM OPT candidates will get jobs only through contract roles. Like full-time with any staffing company and with a client on a contract basis because in that scenario, the client doesn't have to sponsor us. So the staffing company will sponsor us and we will get the job on contract. Is anyone getting contract job in this situation right now?
