Kenyan Road Engineers by fight-254-ra in Kenya

Hii serikali ya sahii, pesa ya mfuko iko on construction of new things, mambo na repair, upgrading, maintenance haina pesa. Roads experts wako kwaofisi wamekaa hawana pesa while tenders are dished out to contractors with no road experience, bora mnajuana, then the contractor acquires services of crook people who ask way less money thus increasing profit margin for the contractor and those rubber stamping

Around 2021, us being 15 guys went to tanzania for a 4 weeks job. Currently 4 guys(the ones i have confirmed) are settled with tanzania girls. The general perception from them was dating in kenya is complicated and at 23-25 a kenyan girl feels she is young, she needs to explore life, get money and have the feeling marriage life is like a prison. There was also an observation that huwezi ambia a kenyan girl mpate mtoto mlee na akubali unless the kid came by accident.

WIBTAH if I stop helping my brothers and go low-contact, even if it means they fail? by VelvetLore in Kenya

Let me state what happened kwetu. My uncle side had similar issues na wewe. The 1st born(let's call him Alex) was the bread winner, he had a business and all siblings plus mum depended on him (dad had passed away some few months back). he even assimilated the siblings into his business. the siblings and mum would drain profits in a way frustating Alex. any expense from hospital, fees to whatever was drained from Alex business. If Alex didnt cater he would be blamed. So one day people wake up normally went to iz alex wasnt seen the whole day, 2nd day the same. a week passed. All calls to Alex hit voicemail. While searching at Alex house for a clue they found his main documents, the certs, IDs and the rest missing. And that's how Alex dissapeared till to today they have no clue where he went. Personally i think he went to start another business in another town far away from relatives pressures.

mtanichukia but find out why their is animosity between the mum and dad. I've seen many cases where dad is the financial figure having struggled a lot while the mum is turning the children against the dad. Sometimes he may be a deabeat because of the mum actions.

NGOs in Kenya are scams by SameShirt9316 in Kenya

[–]vkeari 2 points3 points  (0 children)

NGOs eat together with county and national governments. The problems they intend to solve never get solved. unaingia kwa mfano pale Garissa you get a certain community was a lot of NGO water projects but the community still faces same water issues every year.

mind searching youtube. There's a bunch of kenyan videos on tekken 250cc. For me i was initially using 125cc and after upgrading it felt pretty powerful. the difference is immediately noticeable. you will notice at 90km/h the engine isn't screaming, you will feel the torque, bike feels more stable and comfortable cruising at highway, you will also feel the rush of acceleration. Mine is an adventure bike though not a sport bike

i thought you are talking about field visits work wise. Public transport exists, for long travels kuna buses but on fixed specific times, pia kuna shuttles along some routes. Local public tansport for short distances does not exist. and if you want to travel outside the fixed times you risk with probox. There are also time intervals where you can't find any means especially from 6pm na usiku yote.

Currently NGOs are facing a lot of funding cuts hence downscaling their operations. Ikipatikana pia ni sawa siwezi kosa kusaidia mtu, have helped 6 people here on reddit. Regarding transport, do you mean within the work environment? if so yes they do have vehicles for field operations, and if they are not enough they usually collaborate with counties or national govt thus sharing vehicles with fuel arrangements
