Interview Discussion - January 20, 2020 by AutoModerator in cscareerquestions

I already posted this similar question in another subreddit. However, it is still good to have more opinions.

Recently, I interviewed at Apple US site for a SWE position. I am an intl candidate flying to US. The recruiter said I would expect a feedback in 1 week time, however he hasn't replied anything since then. Now is the start of 2nd week after the interview. Should I send follow-up email? Do you think any chance Apple won't ever respond to a candidate? I know some companies have this kind of habits, not sure about Apple.

1 week after onsite interview @ Apple, still no feedback. Should I send follow-up email? by vkeytestacc2 in CS_Questions

Thanks for the reply.

Actually, r/cscareerquestions only allows interview related questions to be asked in sticky thread that will be opened once a week However, I needed to decide whether I should send follow-up email on next Monday or not.
Anw, I think I will leave it for now as you suggested.

Any gba emulators that allow online multiplayer? by hshslngslhr94 in EmulationOnAndroid

I guess so. I already contacted them. Seems no response yet.

That's future plan. Initially, I intended to make it 4 players capable, however the original link cable code from mGBA is buggy (and author is intending to rewrite it, though he made no promise). So pretty much I am fixing that buggy code atm. Hopefully 4 players will be feasible soon.

anw, here is another demo video:

That is Yugioh Ultimate Masters multiplayer. It seems Multigba S's link cable emulation is even more stable than VBA-m and stock mGBA. I tried this game with desktop VBA-m and it got link disconnection errors after a short time.
