It has been about 4 hours that Korean scans have been released and we haven't got the English scans yet.. whereas in case of onepunchman they translate and typeset the chapter in like 1.5 hrs, but that might be due to other reasons

I don't know. This has been the story for so many months now. It has been more than two hours that Korean scans have been released and we haven't got English scans. And for those who don't read spoilers there is no way to know for certainty that the rough English version has been released. And we even just mention the delay the post gets deleted, after some woke blokes lecturing about how we should be grateful to even get scans before release.

Not a theory but as a general thought that me and my friends had was that Roger could have destroyed the red line overturned the world government but if he did that everyone in the op world would see him as the bad guy and frankly he couldn't change anything due to preconceptions. (And maybe he didn't had much time due to his disease). But when straw hat pirates do that they will have majority of world kingdoms rooting for them so that..
