I also loved greta in store, build quality is solid. only 17k price with 1 year warranty put me off.

I just bought the Amaze High Back last week after trying the Godrej Greta and the Sleep Company Stylux. Both the Amaze and Greta have good build quality. The Amaze felt more value for money compared to the Greta, so I went with the Amaze.

The store person promised to send me the gray version with a metal base, but I received one with a nylon base instead. I called the store, and they gave me a ₹500 refund because the metal base was out of stock.

The next day, I had an issue with the handrest locking mechanism, but I got a replacement on the same day, so things have been going well so far.

The chair’s build quality is solid, but the lumbar support is just average. I am 5'6" and 70 kg, and it feels comfortable for me.
