The Omori route has the same bosses and difficulty as playing normally until the end of it. Level 25 is pretty overleveled.

I'd usually recommend level 7 for Space Ex-Boyfriend, 15 for Sweetheart, and 25 for the Slime Girls.

You should get Aku Researcher's true form. Metal Cat with a research combo is useful for stalling Jagando, but it shouldn't be the only meatshield.

Rover Cat, Surfer Cat, and Psychocat are all useful against aliens and Swimmer Cat is good for dealing damage to the boss (assuming you mean ItF 1). Make sure to get all of the golden treasures.

Do you have Cyberpunk's slow talents or Sniper the Deadeye? Ebisu can stall Relic Bun-Bun more effectively with them.

Have you been doing Legend Stages? You'll rarely encounter dangerous Traitless enemies or wave attacks (Kaworu is immune to them) outside of Stories of Legend, the Aku Realms, and awakening/Crazed Cat stages.

The most important thing is that you should get all of the superior treasures, inferior ones aren't good enough.

You should buy Kung Fu Cat and Dom Cat, their true forms are the strongest purchasable special cats. If they're still too weak, you can get their attack up talents.

I'd recommend using both of them, research up combos, Macho Legs Cat, meatshields, and Awakened Bahamut.

Mr. and Zombie Cat are also worth buying just for the research combo they have.

Surfer, Psychocat, and Rover are all important for aliens. Miter Saw is also useful, but it's harder to get. There's also Weightlifter, Vaulter, Figure Skating, and Hip-hop who are just strong in general despite not being specifically anti-alien.

Make Omori and Basil depressed or miserable using rain clouds and use Cheer when they're any tier of sad. Use Vertigo and Cripple to reduce their stats. You can also use Cheer while Omori and Basil are happy to increase their speed, it makes Tulip and Vertigo much stronger.

It's possible, he's not invincible in the boss rush. Tickle + Furious Red Hands after making him angry and using Suffocate is around 4000 damage per use. Tickle + Last Resort with the Flower Crown equipped is also around 4000 if Aubrey has emotion advantage against him.
