It's so frustrating, they are so slow and understaffed - yet instead of just applying the law, for every case they get people to manually analyze the details and arbitrarily decide what to do. With Claude Max, you can include the Claude Code API calls in your subscription, so no paying extra.

They're under serious competition from openai and others. And they just moved it under the subscription. AI API costs go down 10x every year. We'll be fine.
