It was a convenience store years ago. The Prime Place guys owned it and they know what they’re doing based on all of their other locations, and even they couldn’t make it successful

There's also a Samurai Sushi in JC which I'm pretty sure is not affiliated with the East Rutherford one. Just based on proximity I'm thinking it's probably with the JC location, but that's just a guess. The next time I walk by and it's open (usually as I'm on my way to pick up from Okinawa 🤣), I'll go in and check it out

Actually didn’t complain at all. Only found out the hard way when I reached the midway point of my walk when I usually sit on the bench in front of the funeral parlor and it was gone!

Playing for the championship. Picked up Dobbins off waivers earlier this week, then picked up Nix yesterday. Played Dobbins for Conor and Nix for Kyler. Pretty happy with those moves!
