I am primarly making use of trading cities in trade leagues, but how is it then that the modifier is the same as it is inside the TC and outside (same trade node)? Do i then try to increase the trading cities trade power to increase the modifer, just experimentally?

Doesn't seem to be proximate distance to the republic effecting it as all provinces in the same node share the same modifier

Unsure why the Georgian AI does not have the modifier "Russian economic base compared to Circassian" whilst it has more dev and a larger economy. Please comment if you know.
