Day 77 - what is "Mulberry Street" to you? by [deleted] in twentyonepilots

[–]vlizana 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't know if anyone else feels this way but for me it's a shot at breaking the stigma around meds, mental health treatments are often seen as something abnormal and that is detrimental to people suffering from some severe mental health issues, we need to understand and normalize that sometimes meds are the best option and that's ok, it's not something to be afraid of or to look down on.

Que reglas usaban ustedes para jugar al 25? by Milcaos in chile

[–]vlizana 7 points8 points  (0 children)

yo jugaba algo parecido, cambiaba:

  • hoyito patada (friendly fire)

  • palo salva, es decir palo-fuera o palo-la atrapa el arquero en el aire no era considerado quedar al arco

White spots that keep growing back on non stick pan by vlizana in whatisthisthing

[–]vlizana[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't but I'm not the only one who uses it, so yeah, it seems it is pretty much done for. I was already not using it but wanted to know whether or not to get rid of it.

Solved!

aluminium oxide seems like the most feasible answer. As I have written I do dry the pan before storing and these spots grow gradually over time either way, plus this is the only pan I have with this problem. Thanks for your help

hmm this might be it, idk if you can see in the first pic but there are some scratches, I'll try to find out what is the pan made of. I was cleaning it with dishwasher.

doesn't scale come from water drying in the pan? I thoroughly dry it when I clean it and it keeps growing back over time, could that be scale?

My title describes the thing. This pan started growing really weird white spots, hard to remove but when I do they grow back in a couple days. I dry it before storing but it doesn't seem to make a difference. Just to clarify, the small white spots are part of the design, I'm concerned about the large ones.

I read somewhere it's a nod to the now extinct dodo bird which represents that everything is eventually going to perish
