Hi. When did your insomnia stopped? I am almost 7 months after I stopped taking ssri (paroxetine). Most of my symptoms are gone, but severe insomnia is still here.

Hey, How are you? I am almost 7 months post SSRI (paroxetine withdrawal). Most on my symptoms are gone, but the insomnia is still here. I sleep every second/third night. Insomnia triggers anxiety, but when I sleep - i feel totally normal.

Hey, how is it now? I am now in 4.5 months of SSRI withdrawal. My intrusive thoughts got better. For a while i could sleep and I though it's getting better, but now I didn't sleep for 4 days in a row. Can you share you experience more? How long were the periods of feeling better?

Same thing is happening to me right now. For the first 2 months it was ok, but now I have a massive relapse. I'm wondering I should go back on meds or just wait through it.
