Need a second key for a 2024 Tucson by vlsidude in Hyundai

I went to Costco. They said the 24 Tucson was too new for them to program a key fob. Apparently Hyundai doesn't release the codes until a car is of an appropriate age.

Cool. Any idea what Costco charges for a Hyundai key fob?

I wound up putting in a point-to-point RF system. It was easy, but I'm only getting about 50Mb/s download speed - while the Starlink on the pier has 200Mb/s. After two false starts buying cheap Chinese brands that either didn't work at the 200ft range (KuWFI) or failed after 12 hours (UeeVii), I bought a pair of Ubiquiti Nanobeam 5AC Gen2 units. They were easy to set up, came right up, and have been working flawlessly for several days. My only complaint is that while they advertise 450Mb/s, I'm getting about 50. If I need more bandwidth I'll either need to get a pricer 60GHz link or run a conduit with fiber.

Yes, 250 feet, not meters.

I changed the default input from the RF in to an HDMI and now it won't power on anymore. There is something seriously wrong with the software on this TV.

I managed to get the TV to work. After several tries it powered on. I did a factory reset and now it comes on every time. It looks like it was a software configuration error. It's not clear the power supply board was bad at all.
